Job Description
A Territory Sales Officer is responsible for managing sales and customer relationships within a defined geographic area. This field-based role focuses on direct client interactions, product promotion, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets through territory-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover assigned areas to meet potential clients and promote company products/services
- Sell financial products, insurance, consumer goods, or telecom services directly to customers
- Identify and pursue new leads from the field, cold calls, and referrals
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports, client data, and sales progress updates
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
