Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable insurance industry specialist to provide insights, strategy, and expert guidance on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory developments to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze industry trends, competitors, and product innovations
Advise product development and marketing teams with data-driven insights
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and industry standards
Support sales, training, and customer-facing teams with product knowledge
Identify opportunities for process improvement and growth strategies

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Finance, or Business
2+ years of experience in insurance industry roles (sales, product, operations, or strategy)
Strong understanding of insurance products, channels, and compliance
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
