The Insurance Product Marketing and Sales Officer plays a dual role—promoting insurance products through effective marketing strategies and actively selling them to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase awareness and visibility of insurance products in target markets.
- Approach leads directly, explain product benefits, and convert prospects into customers through strong pitching and follow-ups.
- Support and execute local campaigns, digital promotions, and on-ground events to boost insurance product uptake.
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, fieldwork, and marketing events, ensuring high conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
