We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Direct Sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Work on pre-qualified leads provided by the company to generate business
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable financial products or solutions
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and terms to potential clients
- Schedule and conduct meetings and product presentations
- Create tailored proposals based on customer requirements and budgets
- Follow up consistently to ensure strong customer engagement and successful conversions
- Participate in client visits and support various sales initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in financial services or related industries)
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Target-driven with solid customer relationship management abilities
