Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and guide a high-performing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to reach performance benchmarks.
Analyze industry trends, customer data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Generate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed reports for leadership.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support campaigns and customer outreach.
Conduct regular training to upgrade the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
Minimum of 2+ Years of Sales Experience
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
