Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing (BFSI or related sectors preferred)
  • Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Skills: Strong communication, client handling, and presentation skills
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, with a collaborative approach and passion for customer service
  • Compensation: ₹4.25 LPA + attractive performance-based incentives

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with leads provided by the company to drive sales conversions
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored financial or investment solutions
  • Conduct meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, and explain product offerings clearly
  • Prepare customized proposals aligned with client goals and financial capacity
  • Build long-term relationships through timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement
