Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of advisors from the assigned region.
  • Drive advisor productivity, activation, and overall performance.
  • Guide and train advisors to improve their market understanding, sales approach, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure achievement of key performance metrics such as advisor recruitment, business mix, product mix, and customer persistency.
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and strategic input to help the team meet sales targets.
  • Engage with customers regularly to strengthen relationships and improve service standards.
  • Expand market reach through effective segmentation, lead generation, and territory development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (any industry)
  • Graduation (minimum qualification, mandatory)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Result-oriented approach with a focus on targets
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Good knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics
