Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of advisors from the assigned region.
- Drive advisor productivity, activation, and overall performance.
- Guide and train advisors to improve their market understanding, sales approach, and product knowledge.
- Ensure achievement of key performance metrics such as advisor recruitment, business mix, product mix, and customer persistency.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and strategic input to help the team meet sales targets.
- Engage with customers regularly to strengthen relationships and improve service standards.
- Expand market reach through effective segmentation, lead generation, and territory development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing (any industry)
- Graduation (minimum qualification, mandatory)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Result-oriented approach with a focus on targets
- Customer-focused mindset
- Good knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics
