Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and experienced professional to take charge of regional sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in field sales, has deep market understanding, and can lead from the front by building and mentoring a results-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and convert leads through direct outreach and relationship-building
- Understand client needs to recommend the most suitable financial solutions
- Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of high-performing sales advisors
- Strengthen customer engagement and develop long-term client partnerships
- Expand sales presence through strategic market development and networking
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in field sales and marketing are also encouraged to apply
- In-depth understanding of the regional market and a strong personal/professional network
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative and leadership-driven mindset
