Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee our sales functions and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead teams, shape campaigns, and build strong client connections to enhance growth and brand presence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Supervise and support sales and marketing personnel.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
- Plan and manage branding, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
- Foster client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Evaluate market insights and competitors to refine business approaches.
- Track and report on sales outcomes and marketing performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
