About the Role 
We’re hiring a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to lead ground-level sales initiatives and client engagement. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building personal connections, managing teams, and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties 

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and local outreach
  • Build and manage a team of sales associates to drive revenue and meet sales targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and motivation to ensure team success
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers through trust, service, and consistency
  • Analyze regional trends and offer input to enhance sales strategies and execution
  • Represent the organization in community and client-facing interactions

 

Who Can Apply 

  • Graduate from any recognized discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales
  • Well-versed with regional customer behavior and connected to local markets
  • Self-starter with strong leadership and goal-setting abilities
