Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and increase sales through lead generation, client interaction, and effective follow-ups. The role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about building relationships and meeting targets.

Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Pitch products or services that match client needs
Drive new business by meeting assigned sales goals
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
Prepare and present proposals and reports
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing
Keep an eye on industry developments and market shifts
Preferred Profile:
Graduate in any stream
Prior sales experience is a plus; freshers are welcome
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
High energy, result-driven, and eager to learn
Open to fieldwork and travel
