Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Frontline Sales Officer to drive product sales through direct interaction with customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Approach potential customers directly in the field or at retail points
Promote and sell products/services based on customer needs
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep records of sales, customer queries, and visits
Share feedback and market insights with the sales manager
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1+ years of experience in direct/field sales
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
Willingness to work in field conditions and travel locally
