Field Leader – Agency Sales

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Field Leader – Agency Sales to be a part of our Sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily Field Visits: Travel to assigned areas to meet individual or business clients.

Sales Conversion: Close deals and ensure order placement as per customer needs.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets assigned on a weekly/monthly basis.

Market Analysis: Gather insights about competitor activity and customer preferences..

Report and MIS: Share daily/weekly progress reports with sales managers.

Demo & Trial Setup: Conduct product trials or demonstrate features on-site.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATION: Mini graduation compulsory

CTC: 3.00 L/A + Incentive + Other Benefits

Local candidates will be preferred.

Experience: 2+ years in any field sales & Marketing

SKILLS:

Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good Communication skills
