Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Field Sales Manager – Insurance to be a part of our Sales  team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed sales targets
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer account
3. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
4. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers or channel partners.
5. Deliver sales pitches, explain product benefits, and handle objections confidently.

Requirements:

• QUALIFICATION: Mini graduation compulsory
• CTC: 3.50 L/A + Incentive + Other Benefits
• Local candidates will be preferred
• Experience : 2+ years in any field sales & Marketing

SKILLS:

• Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good Communication skills
