Position: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore, Mysore, Udupi

Must-Have: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Graduation – mandatory
• Local resident with strong area knowledge

Role Responsibilities: 

• Recruit and manage local agency partners
• Conduct regular agent meetings and reviews
• Support agents in business development
• Monitor targets and drive performance
• Maintain market-level insights and activity logs

Candidate Profile: 

• Strong field exposure and people skills
• Sales-driven with leadership qualities
• Familiar with local geography and customer base
• Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility
