Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales Executive Development Manager (SEDM) to build and lead a team of Sales Executives. The SEDM will play a key role in driving business growth by developing talent, strengthening field execution, and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance.
Define clear targets and guide the team to consistently meet and exceed goals.
Supervise daily field activities and support team members in deal closures.
Organize regular coaching sessions and performance assessments.
Explore new business opportunities and expand reach within assigned markets.
Implement sales initiatives and monitor their effectiveness on the ground.
Prepare and review sales reports to assess team productivity and identify gaps.
Required Skills & Experience:
Graduate degree is Mandatory
2+ Years Of Sales Experience
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Crieria 22 – 38
