Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead sales efforts and contribute to revenue growth. The role includes overseeing day-to-day sales activities, guiding the sales team, and supporting strategy execution in the assigned region or segment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans in line with company objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to ensure consistent performance.
- Track market movements and help identify potential growth areas.
- Strengthen client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
- Support team members during client visits and negotiations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service.
- Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with all sales processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2+ Years Of Sales Experience
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
