Responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out sales and marketing plans to reach business goals.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and business partners.
  • Study local markets to understand customer needs and interests.
  • Find new leads by visiting clients and working with local partners.
  • Support junior team members in achieving their sales targets.
  • Join regular review meetings and share feedback or ideas.
  • Create and submit weekly sales reports.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales
  • Self-motivated with a passion for meeting targets.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Local candidates preferred (Rajasthan).
  • CTC: Up to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Bonuses
