Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in the market.
• Promote and sell products/services to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication
• 2+ years of sales experience in BFSI or related sector
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings
