Job Title: Sales Growth Manager
Location: Davangere
CTC: ₹2.75 LPA to ₹3.15 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in sales or business development
Job Type: Full-time | Field experience
The Sales Growth Manager is responsible for increasing the company’s sales revenue and expanding market reach. This role includes managing sales targets, improving team performance, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Planning: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales in assigned areas.
- Team Handling (if applicable): Guide and support the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, meet potential clients, and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance through reports, KPIs, and feedback.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities and suggest strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or growth-focused role
