Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the Banca Channel in one of India’s leading life insurance companies. The role involves managing and building strong relationships with bank staff and driving insurance sales through the bank branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
- Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and convert into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular training and support to bank employees on insurance offerings.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and client database for repeat business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in BFSI Sales (Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.)
- Experience in any banking product sales is acceptable (Credit Cards, CASA, Loans, etc.)
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
