Hiring for: Banca Channel – Bancassurance Manager

CTC: ₹3 LPA | Location: [Vasco]

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with partner banks to generate leads
• Explain life insurance product benefits to customers
• Achieve branch sales targets and maintain process discipline
• Conduct weekly training for bank employees
• Maintain daily activity tracker and report to seniors

Requirements:

• Graduation is compulsory
• 1+ years in BFSI sales (banking/finance/insurance)
• Should be comfortable with sales pressure and targets
• Must have strong networking and interpersonal skills
