Overview:
We’re hiring an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead on-the-ground sales efforts, grow our customer base, and manage a team focused on achieving regional business targets.

Key Duties:
Direct and manage all field sales activities within the assigned area
Hire, train, and guide sales representatives working in the field
Identify new sales opportunities and convert prospects into clients
Conduct client meetings to maintain strong relationships
Stay informed about competitor actions and market shifts
Track sales performance and submit regular business updates
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in a similar field-based sales role
Solid leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel extensively and work toward strict targets
