Job Title: Sales Leadership – Field Sales
Location: Hassan, Karnataka

Salary Range: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.45LPA plus incentives and benefits
We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Sales Leader to manage and grow our field sales operations in the Hassan region. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of advisors or executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role suits professionals with prior experience in agency, direct, or channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management and Development:
Recruit, train, and guide a team of field sales executives or advisors.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and track performance.
Customer and Channel Relations:
Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues effectively.
Recommend changes in strategies to improve team results.
