Role Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to promote and sell banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) products. The role involves direct field sales, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about BFSI products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel locally for sales.
