We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Associate to generate leads, engage potential clients, and support the sales team in closing deals. The role involves both tele-calling and field follow-ups to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads.
• Explain insurance and financial products to clients.
• Schedule appointments and support the sales team in deal closures.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales, tele-calling, or insurance experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
• Willingness to do field visits if required.
