Relationship Officer – Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, promote financial products, and achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products (loans, insurance, investments).
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of sales or customer relationship experience (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
