Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Direct Sales Channel to acquire new customers, promote financial products, and achieve direct sales targets through individual efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly acquire and manage new customers.
• Promote and sell insurance, loans, or investment products.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sourcing.
• Provide after-sales service and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willing to work in the field.
