Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle territory-wise sales planning and execution
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition and retention of channel partners and customers
- Monitor and manage a team of Sales Executives/Field Officers
- Build and manage strong dealer/distributor networks
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of targets
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and feedback reporting
- Organize and manage promotional campaigns and on-ground activities
- Drive compliance and process adherence in the assigned territory
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 3 years of field sales or territory handling experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in local language and market knowledge of the assigned territory
- Willing to travel extensively
- Prior experience in BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is a plus
