Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle territory-wise sales planning and execution
  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition and retention of channel partners and customers
  • Monitor and manage a team of Sales Executives/Field Officers
  • Build and manage strong dealer/distributor networks
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of targets
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and feedback reporting
  • Organize and manage promotional campaigns and on-ground activities
  • Drive compliance and process adherence in the assigned territory

    Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 3 years of field sales or territory handling experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in local language and market knowledge of the assigned territory
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Prior experience in BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, or Consumer Durables is a plus
