Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence by securing new clients and generating revenue. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Explore and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
Pitch solutions and close deals to meet growth objectives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies
Consistently achieve sales goals and performance targets
Candidate Profile:
Background in B2B sales or business development preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strategic mindset
Preference for candidates familiar with the local market
