Job Summary:
We are looking for an Agency Sales Leader to grow our sales network by hiring and managing agents. The role involves team development, goal setting, and ensuring agents perform effectively to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Build a team by recruiting and onboarding capable agents
Train, mentor, and guide agents to enhance productivity
Set clear targets and ensure the team meets business goals
Organize field sales efforts and agent-led promotions
Foster strong engagement and high retention among agents
Report team performance and key metrics to management regularly

Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in agency or field sales, ideally in insurance
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
