Job Description
Lead and manage a team of sales advisors who sell life insurance policies. You’ll be responsible for meeting sales targets, coaching your team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of life insurance sales agents.
- Help the team achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Train new team members on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
