Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads and close individual sales with prospective clients
Identify, recruit, and onboard potential sales associates
Coach partners on products, selling techniques, and client handling
Monitor team KPIs and lead periodic performance reviews
Support team members through joint field visits
Report performance metrics to regional management
