Job Summary:
We are hiring an enthusiastic insurance sales representative to promote and sell life and health insurance products. The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork and cold calling. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, self-motivated, and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance products directly to customers.
• Identify potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide excellent post-sales service and support.

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory).
• 2+ years of sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-driven and customer-focused.
