Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic insurance sales executive to sell life and health insurance products directly to customers. The role focuses on lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets through field sales and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products to individual customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Graduate (mandatory).
- 2 years of sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to work in field sales.
