Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive who can build solid customer relationships and lead our sales efforts in local area. Your goal is to identify opportunities in the local market, build a strong sales team, and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers
- Identify and train agents to expand the local sales network
- Encourage and support agents to reach sales goals
- Leverage personal connections and local networks for lead generation
- Engage with the community to promote our offerings
Requirements:
- Any undergraduate degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct/Open Market Sales
- Well-established local network
- Must have resided in Visakhapatnam for at least 3-5 years
