Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Agency Business Partner (ABP) Channel. This role is key to driving growth by building a strong network of partners, expanding our agency base, and leading high-performing sales teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ABP Channel strategy and execution across the country
- Build, mentor, and manage a strong team of sales leaders and partners
- Grow the agency network by attracting and developing top-performing partners
- Drive recruitment, activation, and sales targets through the ABP model
- Collaborate with other departments (Training, Product, Operations) to support field success
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and take timely action
- Ensure compliance and maintain high-quality business standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 4 years of experience in insurance sales, with leadership experience in the agency model
- Proven ability to manage large teams and scale up partner-based channels
