Job Description   
As a Field Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a productive agency network by guiding advisors to perform and reach their business goals.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Recruit quality financial advisors to increase market penetration
  • Organize training programs and workshops for agent development
  • Handle post-sales service issues professionally
  • Report sales updates and insights to seniors

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Effective Field Sales Experience
  • Strong Analytical & Reporting Skills
