Role Overview: Lead and develop a team of insurance advisors in Patna, motivating them to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and manage sales agents in Patna
– Drive team performance to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
– Motivate and coach advisors to maximize productivity
– Maintain strong client relationships and resolve queries
– Monitor agent activation and persistency
Candidate Profile:
– 2+ years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in BFSI or insurance
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Graduate with good communication skills
Compensation:
– CTC up to ₹3.7 LPA + attractive incentives
