Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Officer in Mumbai. Your role will involve connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. This is a mix of telecalling and in-person client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to customers through outbound calls and visits
Understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance products
Manage end-to-end sales process including follow-ups and documentation
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Meet monthly sales targets and activity goals

Ideal Candidate:

Graduate in any stream (required)
1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer handling roles
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with both office-based calling and field visits within Mumbai
