About the Role:
We are seeking a Field Distribution Manager to lead the recruitment, development, and performance of a local partner network. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and enabling your team to drive consistent revenue across assigned markets. This is a field-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives on meeting people, managing teams, and growing sales through collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and mentor independent sales partners to expand regional market reach.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and motivation to partners to drive performance.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives and community engagement activities to generate leads.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement corrective strategies when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, documentation, and process adherence.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or channel management.
