Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in the field
Promote suitable insurance products based on customer needs
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with minimum 1 year of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently
Must be familiar with the local area
