To oversee the hiring, growth, and operation of a local partner network, we are looking for a Sales and Recruitment Manager. You will be in charge of finding growth prospects, establishing connections, and empowering your team to generate steady income in designated areas in this high-impact position. For someone who enjoys interacting with people, leading teams, and increasing sales through teamwork, this is a field-oriented role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To expand regional market reach, find, train, and guide independent sales partners.
- Give partners ongoing encouragement, training, and assistance to improve performance.
- To create leads, plan and carry out social service projects and sales activities.
- When necessary, apply remedial measures, give feedback, and keep an eye on performance indicators.

- Minimum 2 year of experience in field sales management.
