Job Description
As a Area Sales Executive , you’ll be responsible for creating a productive agency network by guiding advisors to perform and reach their business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver initial and ongoing sales training to new and existing advisors
- Accompany advisors in field visits for live training
- Build long-term relationships with advisors and resolve queries
- Conduct team meetings, training, and development workshops.
- Track training effectiveness and agent performance improvements
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (any sector)
- Knowledge of B2C sales process
- Local market understanding
- Field sales or team handling experience preferred
