Job Description  
As a Channel Sales Team Leader , you’ll be responsible for creating a productive agency network by guiding advisors to perform and reach their business goals.
 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Manage inbound sales queries and make outbound calls for missed sales queries.
  • Mentor and guide agents to improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
  • Capable in implementing & executing sales strategy to achieve desired goals.
  • Maintaining sales and financial data of your territory allocated.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (any sector)
  • Good communication, mentoring, and reporting skills
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
  • Capability to achieve success and growth in a competitive environment.
