Field Sales Execuitve-Immidiate Joiner

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and meet potential customers for sales of financial products (Insurance, Loans, Banking Products, etc.)
• Visit clients in the field and pitch relevant offerings as per their need
• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business
• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and local marketing

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good local market knowledge
• Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
• Willingness to travel extensively within the area
• Basic knowledge of banking or insurance preferred

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales and team handling experience.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to guide a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.(graduate must)
