Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits
Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance/financial products
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure regular reporting
Build strong relationships for repeat business and referrals

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
