Job Title: Channel Development Manager
Location:  Vijayawada
Salary: up to 3.70 LPA + incentives
Position Overview
You will lead and expand our certified advisor network, designing and executing growth strategies that elevate life product offerings. This role combines talent recruitment, training, performance coaching, and market insight to hit regional targets and maintain best-in-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement strategies to boost certified advisor sales.
Source, select, and onboard new advisors who align with our mission for protection-oriented service.
Deliver comprehensive training—spanning product knowledge, lead generation, objection handling, and client interaction best practices.
Build and sustain strong partnerships with advisors and internal teams
Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present quarterly reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2+ years of field sales
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals through network-building strategies.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in training and motivating teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building proficiency.
Capability to analyze sales data and use market insights to inform strategy.
