Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales advisors.
Equip them with tools, skills, and motivation to perform.
Track progress and optimize strategies based on real-time insights.
Build strong field relationships and lead by example.

What You Bring 
Graduate with 2+ years in direct or field sales.
Strong people skills and leadership mindset.
A passion for mentoring and achieving results through others.
