What You’ll Do 
Recruit, train, and activate life insurance advisors.
Guide them in selling need-based protection products.
Monitor performance and drive consistent business output.
Build strong field relationships and ensure compliance with guidelines.

What We’re Looking For 
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years in field sales.
Strong communication, mentoring, and target-driven mindset.
